1. Marinate chicken pieces with all the above mentioned Ingredients except the ingredients for green chutney and try to keep it aside for at-least 1 hr.
2. Soak 2 bamboo skewer in water for atleast 1 hr. So that while grilling, the skewer does not get burnt.
3. After marinating chicken for 1 hr, put the chicken pieces in the skewer one by one close to each other and keep it over the aluminum sheet. Put these skewer inside the preheated oven of 375 degree Farenheit for about half an hr by turning the skewer upside down in between. Check in between if the chicken is properly cooked. Once cooked remove immediately from the oven.
4. To give the kebabs a tandoor taste, place the skewer with the chicken pieces directly over the flame. Turn the sides immediately as the flame is high. Once the slight burn mark seen on the kebab, switch off the flame. The kebabs are ready to be served. Serve hot with slice of onions, lemon and the Prepared green chutney.
steps for green chutney-1. Wash the leaves properly. Grind to a fine paste with the garlic and green chilly. Add salt and curd to it. Now green chutney is ready to serve with the Murg Malai kebab☺️
